Privacy Policy

You can browse every listing on this site without an account, without logging in, and without being tracked. We set no cookies, run no analytics, and load no advertising or social-media scripts. The only personal information we hold is what you type into a form and send us — and we hold it so that a licensed agent can get back to you.

Nothing at all, unless you submit one of the forms on this site. When you do, we receive:

• Your email address, and your name and phone number when you provide them.
• Anything you type into a message or notes field.
• For a tour request: the date, time and whether you asked for a virtual showing.
• Which listing you were looking at when you submitted, and the page address you submitted from.
• Your browser’s user-agent string — the line identifying your browser and operating system — which is stored alongside the submission.

We also see your IP address when you submit, as any web server does. We use it only in the moment, to limit how many submissions can come from one source and keep automated spam out. It is not written to our records.

Two places, both so that someone can actually answer you:

• Our own database, hosted by Supabase on servers in the United States.
• Follow Up Boss, the customer-relationship system Steward Homes uses to track and respond to enquiries.

That is the whole list. We do not sell your information, we do not trade or rent it, and we do not hand it to advertisers or to lead-generation networks. We share it outside those two systems only when a law, subpoena or court order requires it.

Loading a page necessarily reveals your IP address to the companies that serve it. Two are worth naming:

• Vercel hosts this site and keeps standard server logs of requests.
• Mapbox serves the map on the properties page. When the map loads, your browser requests map tiles from Mapbox directly, so Mapbox sees your IP address and the area of the map you are viewing.

Listing photographs are served from the multiple-listing service’s own image networks, which likewise see the request for each image.

Property listings, and the loan details shown with them, come from licensed real-estate data providers and public county records. That information is about properties, not about you, and nothing you do on this site is added to it. Loan figures are estimates unless a listing is explicitly marked otherwise, and all listing information should be verified independently.

We keep an enquiry for as long as it takes to respond and to maintain the ordinary business and brokerage records Arizona real-estate rules require. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will, except where we are legally required to retain a record of a transaction.

Write to jeff@stewardhomes.com and ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. We will do it. You do not need to give a reason, and there is no form to fill in.

Since we run no advertising trackers, there is nothing here for a Do Not Track or global-privacy-control signal to switch off — but we honour those requests all the same.

This site is meant for adults shopping for a home. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us something, write to us and we will delete it.

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes to how we handle enquiries will be described here rather than made quietly.
